I never really thought much about blogging. I love to read what everyone else post even if it is not about the Colts. Its just fun to see whats going on with everyone. So I thought I'd give it a shot. My sister (Colts92) blogs all the time and says its good for the soul. Her last one was about the trip to Indy last weekend. We (there are 3 or us sisters) always make fun where ever we go or whatever we do. the trip to Indy was no different. Janell makes us rockin CDs of all our favorite songs to sing to while on the long boring drive (really need that highway). We sing, laugh and catch up on whats going on. On the way up we passed a driveway with a huge Colts flag on each side or the entrance. They are like the ones that line the drive into training camp that always welcome us each year. As we get into Terre Haute I see 3 of them on top of the GFS store. I have a big banner in my living room that I got at our GFS so I say, "Hey maybe they sell those there!?" Janell is driving so so just cuts into the right lane, goes in an exit, flies across 2 parking lots and across a side street charging the GFS like a bull seeing red. Turns out I was right, they sell them. My sister Sherry, who has my name in the Christmas family exchange, bought it for me but will not let me have it till then. I of course whine about it to no avail, must wait till Christmas for my lovely 8 foot flag with a big horseshoe. And so begain the adventure of another day in my life with my sisters. For the record, I too wanted everything in the pro shop but got out spending under $15.00. Yeah me!!! |
